DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will do our best to get your favourite CHOU products to you as fast as possible.
Upon receiving your order, the products will be packed and send to you, immediately.

Our Standard delivery time is between 2 – 4 working days and it costs 50 EGP.
For all orders above 1500 EGP, you qualify for FREE delivery.

Important Security Note:
Packages can only be delivered to private addresses, such as a residential home address or an office address.

Packages can not, under any circumstance, be delivered to public places, such as: restaurants, cafes, malls.

Products will be delivered in sealed packages, that can only be opened after payment has been done to the courier, meaning that the package cannot be opened and refused and resent back with the courier.

The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process will be carried out by contacting the Customer Service

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
