Delivery Information
Standard delivery time is between 2 - 4 working days and it costs 50 EGP.
For all orders above 1500 EGP, you qualify for FREE delivery - estimated time 2 - 4 working days.
Payment policy: cash payment upon delivery

Exchange and Returns
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.
Should you wish to exchange or return a product, please follow the steps bellow:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service by email shop@chou-official.com or by phone +20 109 976 6040
Step 2: Place products back in the original package together with a copy of the delivery receipt.
Step 3: Our courier will pick up the package from the address where it was delivered . Our staff will inform you about the time of the pick-up.
Return Shipping Fees will be applied as follows:
• If the products you received are faulty, return shipping is free of charge
• If the products you received are not the correct ones and do not correspond to your order in any way, return shipping is free of charge.
• For any other reason, the shipping cost will be supported by the client and it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product must meet the following conditions:
• Products must be returned in the original packaging
• The products show no sign of being use
